How do I reset my password?

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I check in to an assignment?

Open the app, go to your current assignment, and tap the “Check In” button when you arrive at the location. Make sure location services are enabled.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed weekly. You can view your earnings and payout status in the Earnings section of the app.

How do I update my availability?

Go to Profile > Availability to set your weekly schedule. Updates take effect for future assignment scheduling.

The app isn't loading properly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, check your internet connection or try reinstalling the app from the App Store.
